JUBILEE HALL, SCHOOL LANE, SEER GREEN, BUCKS HP9 2QJ

The Jubilee Hall is to be found beside Seer Green School just off School Lane on the southern side of the village. Off-road parking is available.  

Wheelchair access and a disabled toilet are available.

Seer Green is situated between Beaconsfield and Chalfont St Giles and is within 5 minutes drive of M40 Junction 2.

 

Arrival

  • Please park either on the road or in the school playground. Spaces are set aside for disabled people. Those with wheelchairs please contact boxoffice@jordansmusicclub.org.uk to arrange parking in the car park at the front of the hall.

  • Doors open at 7pm. Please enter by the door in the playground.

Refreshments

  • To speed up collection of drinks in the interval please purchase tickets for refreshments on arrival by the entrance to the hall. Red or white wine is £4 and apple juice is £1.

  • There will be two drinks collection points in the interval - one for those who have pre-paid and another for those who need to pay.

Programmes

  • Free programmes will be available online with some available for collection at the entrance on the night.

 Covid -19

We are continuing to take some precautions and will follow all necessary guidance.

  • The capacity of the hall is slightly less than in previous years.

  • We will keep some doors open during the performance, if the artists are happy that we do so, to provide extra ventilation in the hall. All doors will be opened during the interval.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available.

  • We would be grateful if you did not attend if you or any person in your household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - VENUE DETAILS

For those invited to the Annual General Meeting, this is held every year in Jordans Village Hall HP9 2SY. The hall faces the village green in Jordans and is adjacent to the village shop. Further details may be found here.
