BOOKING

  • Booking for Friends opens at 9.00am on 1st March 2024, followed by general booking at 9.00am on 18th March. To become a Friend see here.

  • Tickets

    • Adults £25 each. Under 18s go free. (Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult).

    • Season Ticket discount of £15 (which equals £21.25 per ticket)

      • Purchase in a single booking of a ticket for all four concerts entitles the purchaser to a season ticket discount of £15 which is automatically applied by Ticketsource at the end of the booking.

      • Two season discounts may be purchased in a single booking.

  • To buy tickets:

    • BY TELEPHONE: Please ring Ticketsource: 0333 666 3366 (standard rate) Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm . A call back service operates outside these hours. From 1st March tickets sent via email are free but there is a charge of £2.50 if you wish tickets to be posted to you.

    • ONLINE: Please click here or press the button below to access the online booking site of Ticketsource.

    • Tickets purchased through Ticketsource have a booking fee of £1.83 per £25 ticket or £6.48 per £85 season ticket.

    • Tickets may be purchased on the door, without a booking fee, subject to availability.

  • Seating

    • All seating is reserved. Please note that for concerts with a piano the auditorium is set out in a semi-circle with some seats on a raised stage accessible by four steps. The other two concerts are set out theatre style with the performers on the stage.

    • Although seats are reserved Jordans Music Club reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements where it becomes necessary to do so.

  • Disabled visitors are welcome at all events and wheelchair access and a disabled toilet are available. Two seats are set aside for a wheelchair and companion. Wheelchair users are requested to please advise the Box Office by email to boxoffice@jordansmusicclub.org.uk in advance of attending to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made prior to their arrival. Please include a telephone number.

  • Terms and Conditions

    • Jordans Music Club reserves the right to change the programme or artists without prior notice.

    • Tickets are not refundable unless an event is cancelled.  

    • If a concert is cancelled ticket holders will be offered refunds (less any booking fee if it is retained by Ticketsource).

  • Membership

    • Purchase of a Season Ticket for all four concerts entitles you to membership of the Club.

    • Membership may also be purchased for £10 when applying for any single ticket or by becoming a Friend or Patron.

    • Membership confers the right to vote at General Meetings.
